The only one I'm sure of is # 7. That's Viburnum opulus, known in French as Viorne obier, but more commonly as Boule de neige, "Ball of snow" in English.
#2 Could be some other kind of Viburnum (Viorne à fleurs roses), but your guess is as good as mine.
#3 Looks like a Budleia known in French as arbre aux papillons, i.e. butterfly bush.
# 10 Looks very much like Sauge arbustive rouge , i.e. some kind of Salvia. Bush Salvia (?) in English.

Later, it occured to me that, after all, there could be a Snowball Bush in English. As a matter of fact, there is, and it is a Viburnum.
